To me, the best service is making an ordinary day special. One day at a buffet restaurant, I noticed an elderly couple who looked lost because it was their first time at a buffet. Even though they weren't my guests, I couldn't just leave them. Since it was hard for them to walk around, I brought the dishes they wanted to their table and kept checking on them. While helping them, I learned it was the grandfather's retirement day. So I prepared a small congratulations cake and took a photo so they could remember that day. The grandmother held my hand with tears in her eyes and said it was the perfect way to celebrate his retirement. As cabin crew, that's exactly what I want to do—make an ordinary day special for my passengers. Thank you.
