Vach provides a free, online text-to-speech generation service. You submit text, choose a language and voice, and receive an audio file. The service is provided free of charge and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Vach for personal, educational, and commercial purposes subject to the audio license terms in section 3. The following are prohibited:

• Submitting illegal, hateful, threatening, or sexually explicit content.
• Using the service to generate spam, robocall scripts, or mass disinformation.
• Attempting to overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Circumventing rate limits or security measures.

4. Public content

If you choose to make generated audio public, you grant Vach a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that audio on the platform. You remain responsible for the content of your submissions.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be available, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vach and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
